Security
S.E.C.S. Rev7 incorporates a resource-based security
model to provide you with confidence in the way your employees execute
their individual activities. Different views of the system are presented
to the user based on their security level. Level passwords offer you a
method of controlling access to different parts of the system based on
your employees functions and their activities.
Data
Entry and the SmartWorksheet®
The SmartWorksheet® allows users to enter data in an
organized and intuitive manner. Opening an order and entering data
doesn't get any easier than this. Three simple order entry screens allow
you to enter the seller, buyer, property and lender information and much
more. You only need to enter this information once and you will see how
it flows through the program. When you come to other data entry screens
within the program, they will already contain the initial information
you entered.
LSI's SmartWorksheet®
makes drawing the HUD obsolete. By automatically
calculating taxes, prorations, and escrow and premium fees to name a
few, generating the HUD and supplemental HUD pages only takes a second.
Our escrow system will also automatically create checks and fees from
the information in the SmartWorksheet®.
Standard Reports
Standard reports include the Closing Statement,
Disbursement Report, HUD, Rent Statement and Trial Balance. All reports
allow you to preview and print fast and efficiently.
Status Sheet
Status Sheets are an excellent way to track escrow
activity. You can choose to use the default Status Sheet provided,
modify the default Status Sheet or create as many custom Status Sheets
as you want. As with almost everything in the system, these can be
previewed and printed.
Checks and Receipts
S.E.C.S. Rev7 can create an unlimited number of checks,
receipts and fees. The Checks and Receipts section is arranged in a
tabular format, which allows you to do all your work from one convenient
location. S.E.C.S. Rev7 saves you even more time by automatically
addressing checks that it created from the SmartWorksheet.
Word Processing
The Word Processing feature gives you unlimited
reporting and document capability. Export your data from your escrow
into a Microsoft Word or WordPerfect merge data file, then use that data
for your own custom report. Our Word Processing feature can be
configured to work with either Microsoft Word or WordPerfect.
Scalability
Whether you are a small business or a large corporation,
this is the right product for you. Scalable from one branch to a
multi-branch, multi-county configuration, its only limitation is the
storage space on your server. The multi-branch configuration also allows
centralized processing via a dial-up or WAN connection. Automatic data
transfers and Order Desk Tracking information is sent to the Title Plant
using TitleLink 3. TitleLink 3 is an amazing automated communications
and data transfer system. |
